SuccessFactors System Analyst
 
We are looking for a Success Factors System Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in aligning our HR systems with business needs, supporting users, and leading impactful system improvements
 
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and tailor SAP SuccessFactors solutions accordingly
Lead system configurations, customizations, and enhancements across various SuccessFactor modules
Provide ongoing technical support, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance
Manage and deliver end-to-end projects within your area of responsibility
Implement and optimize HR business processes in SuccessFactors
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system efficiency and functionality
Requirements:
High level of technical proficiency, including experience in system configuration, integrations, and data handling within Success FactorsMinimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a HR systems such as Success Factors
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP HR (SAP HCM) modules or any other HR system
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering,
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with data migration, interface development, or integration tools
