Manage a team of communications supervisors within the railway environment.

Oversee the proper functioning and operation of railway communication systems.

Plan and execute regular inspections of communication systems.

Manage and maintain communication systems.

Troubleshoot communication system issues.

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors.

Prepare reports and presentations.

Manage schedules with various contractors, including weekly work plans and ongoing progress monitoring.

Combine field and office work as needed.

Night work may be required if necessary.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the communications field, preferably within the railway industry.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of various communication systems, including IP networks, telephony systems, radio systems, and more.

Knowledge of railway technologies, such as signaling systems, safety systems, and control systems.

Proven ability to manage teams, including guidance, training, and supervision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent command of both Hebrew and English.

Proficiency in relevant software for work management and tracking.
